I received the product as a patient, but cannot activate it

If you have received a product from CODONIS AG as a patient, you can activate it by scanning the QR code on the lid of the transport box. If you are not yet logged into the CODONIS app when scanning, you will first see a login screen and then the medical device will be digitally activated. This will give you access to the therapy plan.

If scanning the QR code does not work, this may be due to the following reasons:
- You did not scan the QR code with a smartphone or tablet and the appropriate software
- You did not scan the QR code
- You received the wrong product (read here to find out what you can do)
- You have not logged into the CODONIS app (read here to find out what you can do)
