How can I adjust a therapy plan for a patient?

Log in to https://app.codonis.ch/ and search for the patient whose therapy plan you want to change. Click on the patient to open the therapy plan, which you will see on the right-hand side. You can easily adjust it by clicking on “Edit therapy plan,” but you will need to enter a reason for the adjustment. Then click on “Save” at the bottom to save the new therapy plan.
